Our Virtual-Only plan (15%) includes 24/7 guest communication, revenue management, listing optimization, and a dedicated account manager. Our Full-Service plan (20%) adds housekeeping, laundry, supply restocking, and full maintenance coordination. Both have no long-term commitment.
02. Do you manage listings on multiple platforms?
Yes. We market and optimize across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Homes & Villas by Marriott, and Hopper with dynamic pricing adjusted for seasonality and local events.
03. How fast do you respond to guests?
We monitor all channels 24/7 and maintain industry-leading response times. Every property has its own dedicated WhatsApp group for instant communication.
04. What protection do you provide?
We screen every guest, use NoiseAware sensors to prevent parties, install smart locks, and recommend doorbell cameras. Comprehensive insurance and damage protocols are included.
05. How often will I receive reports and payments?
You receive detailed transparent monthly reports inside our owner portal, and revenue deposits are made the next business day.
